Wir sind Daniil und Aleksandra – ein ruhiges, zuverlässiges Paar auf der Suche nach einem neuen Zuhause in München. Seit über einem Jahr leben wir hier und schätzen die Klarheit, Ordnung und Offenheit der deutschen Kultur.
Aleksandra liebt Bücher, Kunst und das feine Detail – früher führte sie eine kleine Buchhandlung mit einer Galerie. Ich selbst arbeite als Systemingenieur und tanke Energie bei Radtouren durch die Münchner Umgebung.
Für uns ist eine Wohnung nicht nur ein Ort zum Wohnen – sondern ein Raum für Achtsamkeit, Stabilität und Leben mit Herz.

We are Daniil and Aleksandra – a quiet and reliable couple looking for a new home in Munich. We've been living here for over a year and truly value the clarity, order and openness of German culture.
Aleksandra loves books, art and fine details – she used to run a small bookstore with a gallery. I'm a systems engineer and recharge by cycling through the beautiful surroundings of Munich.
To us, a flat isn't just a place to live – it's a space for calm, stability and a life lived with heart.
